Instruction questions, straight answers

What does onboarding involve?

A short call to agree instruction routes, reporting format, rates and SLAs — then a test instruction if you want to see the product before committing volume. No panel bureaucracy unless your process requires it, in which case we complete yours.

What are your response standards?

Instructions acknowledged the same working day. Attendance within the travel radius is scheduled by urgency and agreed per instruction; desktop validations turn around on agreed SLAs. We would rather commit honestly than impress on paper and miss.

Who prepares and stands behind the reports?

All reporting is prepared under Jarelle Mills AssocRICS MCIOB — Chartered Construction Manager — a decade across residential surveying and complex insurance claims, including years of large-loss work on the handling side. The reports are formatted for claim files because their author has read thousands of them.

How does fulfilment interact with our existing supply chain?

However you need it to: as the single instruction for a region or peril, as overflow capacity, or as the validation layer over incumbent contractors. The evidence chain and reporting format stay consistent in every configuration.

What about conflicts of interest?

Declared, always. Where our group companies deliver works we also scoped, the scope stands on its evidence and your approval — and where you want scoping and delivery separated, instruct them separately. We would rather lose a line of work than a client’s trust in the paperwork.

Start with one instruction

Send a claim reference and the ask — or arrange an onboarding call to agree formats and rates first. Either way, acknowledged the same working day.
