For insurers & adjusters

One-instruction claims fulfilment

A domestic escape-of-water or fire claim routinely needs four suppliers: someone to make safe, someone to find the source, someone to clean, someone to reinstate. Four instructions, four reports in four formats, four diaries to reconcile — and a handler chasing all of them.

Claims fulfilment replaces that with one instruction. Detection and make-safe through Pinpoint Trace & Access, specialist cleaning through Freshology, reinstatement managed under chartered construction management — sequenced properly, evidenced consistently, and reported through a single accountable point of contact.

The file benefit is the point: one evidence chain from first attendance to final account, in one format, with nothing lost in the handovers. The policyholder benefit is fewer strangers and a faster claim. The handler benefit is a supplier who reports before being chased.

From brief to answer

How an instruction runs

  1. 01

    Instruct

Claim reference, risk address, peril and urgency — by the direct line or the instruct form.

  2. 02

    Triage and attend

The right first response scheduled (make-safe, detection, or straight to scope), with attendance confirmed to the handler.

  3. 03

    Scope and approve

A priced reinstatement scope with the evidence attached, submitted for approval before works proceed.

  4. 04

    Deliver and evidence

Works sequenced across the group, progress reported at milestones, completion evidenced against the approved scope.

Questions, answered

What people ask before instructing

What perils do you fulfil?

Escape of water and flood are the core, where the group’s detection, cleaning and reinstatement capabilities chain end to end. Fire and smoke losses are taken on where the cleaning and reinstatement scope fits our delivery footprint — declined honestly at triage where it does not.

How do you report?

In one format across the whole chain: attendance notes, findings and photographs from first response, the priced scope with evidence cross-referenced, milestone progress against the approved scope, and a completion pack. Formats can be adapted to your file requirements at onboarding.

What are your rates?

On instructed terms agreed at onboarding — schedule-of-rates based for defined works, quoted for the rest. No surprises mid-claim; variations flagged and approved before they are incurred.

Who is accountable when something goes wrong?

We are — that is the point of one instruction. Issues in any link of the chain are ours to fix, and the escalation route is one phone number, not four.
